Azul Modak is an Associate at FVLCRUM. Before joining FVLCRUM, Azul was based in New York where she was Vice President in Multi-Asset Class Solutions at BlackRock. Prior to her work at BlackRock, she was with Citibank as an AVP in the investment banking division, covering transactions in the LATAM region. Azul previously worked in Mexico City where she launched QuantaShares, an ETF asset manager. She successfully structured and was the Portfolio Manager of the first Currency ETF in LATAM, which grew to become the second largest ETF in Mexico.

Azul holds a BSc in Actuarial Sciences from Anahuac University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
