Timm Hwang joined FVLCRUM in 2025 as a Vice President. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as supporting value creation initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to joining FVLCRUM, Timm was a Vice President at Clarendon Capital where he led and supported middle-market investments in the transportation and logistics sector. Prior to Clarendon, Timm held corporate development and strategy roles at W.R. Grace and Bloomberg Industry Group, and began his private equity career as an Associate at GEF Capital Partners. Timm started his career at KPMG, where he led financial audit and advisory engagements for publicly traded companies and high-profile institutions.
Timm holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and passed two parts of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam.
