Edward “Eddie” Moriarty joined FVLCRUM in 2022 as an Analyst. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives. Prior to FVLCRUM, Eddie spent time at Harrison Street on the transactions team where he underwrote new acquisitions and assisted in developing new lines of business for the infrastructure fund. Before Harrison Street, Eddie spent several years at Innovation Park advising for multiple early-stage companies in supply chain operations, fundraising, and product development while obtaining his degree.

Eddie earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is also an inaugural member of the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate where he remains actively involved.
